The Good News
You can't earn forgiveness for your sins – but God offers you this forgiveness
through the payment made on your behalf by Christ!
His salvation is offered as a free gift to you but cost the Father dearly.
Yes, your sins and the sins of the entire world is what nailed Christ to that
cross.

But God
commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ
died for us. (Romans 5:8) |
Yes, this is no cheap, inexpensive gift. This
gift which God offers you cost God (in the person of His son Jesus Christ) his
life.
Think about that! Jesus Christ, God Himself, died to make this gift of salvation
available for you.

For God so
loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever
believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16) |
Jesus died for you. He paid the entire penalty
for all your sins - past, present, and future - that you might not have to pay
for them in hell!

Much more
then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath
through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by
the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by
his life. (Romans 5:9-10) |
What amazing grace! We can be “saved from wrath
through him”.
If you now feel the heavy weight of your sin bearing down on you, you are ready
to escape that wrath. Only when you have been made to feel the flames of hell
will the death of Christ become real to you!
